Suspension training focuses on the pendulum principle and manipulation of vectors to keep your muscles guessing. Be it increasing lean body mass, upping your numbers in the weight room or finding that faster 5k, TRX© will help you achieve your fitness goals.


CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

TRX Body Blast(45 min)
A musically driven, strength focused class. Body Blast engages all of our muscles with this non-stop TRX workout. Build overall strength, balance and flexibility with this total-body program. Once you are comfortable using the TRX, the quick transitions will allow you to achieve a cardio workout as well!
 
TRX Circuit Express (35 min)
Challenges participants with a fast paced workout. Opportunities for anaerobic bursts and modifications for those who would rather not. Includes a full body workout with a lot of variety. Time will fly!
 
TRX FLOW (50 min)
TRX FLOW is a yoga-inspired workout designed to increase your functional range of motion, release muscle tension in targeted areas (ankles, hips shoulders, etc), and perfect your breath work. This relaxing TRX Class is the perfect complement to the popular and intense TRX Metabolic Burn which can help you get that performance edge. All Fitness Levels Welcome.
