Nanci's love for fitness motivated her to open PUSH with the desire to help others. She is truly passionate about helping people meet their fitness and personal goals. You will find a pressure-free, fun, exciting and motivating environment that will leave you anxious to return. Nanci’s primary goal is to help people lead healthier lives and to have a lot of fun along the way resulting in positive, long term lifestyle changes.

Owner, Instructor

Jason has a love for almost anything athletic. His passions include cycling, skiing, scuba diving, Kung Fu, Qi Gong and group fitness. When Jason wanted to get more involved at PUSH Fitness he decided to bring BODYPUMP to PUSH. Soon after he brought CXWORX, BODYCOMBAT and TRX. With over 12 years of martial arts training in Karate and Kung Fu Jason thought  BODYCOMBAT was a perfect fit. He continues to educate himself and is now a certified personal trainer and is perusing sports performance.

Leah Sabatini

Leah's passion is Aerobics! Leah's passion for aerobics started in her early teens. "I decided I wanted to live a healthier lifestyle and also help others achieve that same goal." Becoming a Certified Group Instructor allowed her to teach and that is what she truly loves to do. She loves to inspire and challenge others to their full potential! Her experience consists of but not limited too: aerobics, step, kickboxing, interval and weight training.

Christine Feist

Instructor

Christine graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science in 1998. She has been employed at Pro Rehabilitation Services as the Wellness Director then moved into an Administrative position as the C.O.O. Assistant for the past 12 years. She is a certified Les Mills Body Pump instructor and has been instructing for the past 5 years. She also is a certified Zumba instructor and instructed at the David Blight School of Dance. Christine has a true love for fitness and enjoys introducing new participants to the Fastest, Most Fun and Effective ways to get in shape!

Maria Caldwell

Maria's passion is running, she has completed six marathons including Boston and Disney's Goofy's Marathon and a Half Challenge. She has been an instructor for 10 years and worked part time as a Group Exercise Coordinator for 5 years. She has instucted Step, Circuit, Boot Camp, Cycle, Strength, and more recently Lesmills Bodypump.

Kim Mackachinas

Kim found her love for fitness at age 18! Soon after she became certified as a Group Fitness Instructor and has taught several formats over the past 10+ years.  "There are so many benefits to exercise and overall wellness. Add in group fitness and you have the opportunity to help others and create long lasting friendships in the process! "  Step Aerobics, HiLo, Total Body Conditioning, Spinning, Ab/core Work, Cardio Kickboxing and HIIT are a few class formats Kim has taught. Kim has recently added Insanity Group Fitness classes to her selection when she became certified in June! After completing the at-home program in 2011, Kim saw extreme results and felt such an accomplishment. She thought it would make an amazing group fitness class and 2 years later it has! Now everyone can "dig deep" and enjoy Insanity!

Melissa Bonin

Melissa has always had a love for sports and fitness. She practiced and taught kickboxing for over two years. Melissa attended Push and enjoyed participating in group fitness classes but always had teaching in mind. After being introduced to Body Combat, she knew that’s what she wanted to teach. “I like the nonconventional ways of working out and mixing things up so it doesn’t feel like a workout. I enjoy pushing myself and others to their limits to get the most out of their workout.”

Marian Lemke

Instructor

Marian is a newly certified Walk Live Leader. She started out her fitness quest in 1998 in an effort to lose weight by walking at home every day using the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds DVDs. After maintaining her weight loss for over 15 years, she decided to share her love of the program by becoming a certified Walk Leader. She is excited to help others pursue fitness and health. "Unlike a traditional walk, in a 'Walk Live' class we engage every major muscle group in the body, leading to higher caloric expenditure. We use music paced to safely raise your heart rate to an aerobic level and safely reduce it at the end of the workout. We constantly surprise the body by changing angles and direction, so it's harder for your body to adapt to the activity. A 'normal' walk uses the same muscles in the same way all the time."

Malena Gittler

Instructor

Malena’s love for group fitness and weight training started way back in high school. At PUSH Fitness she learned that Les Mills BodyPump combines those loves. Malena likes to assist participants in mastering technique to build strong, lean bodies. She aims to debunk the myth that lifting weights will lead to a bulky physique. Additionally, her goal is to help people at any stage of the fitness journey feel successful. Singing along to great BodyPump music is an added bonus!
